I train a clients with a range of training needs from flexibility to strength as well as help train clients recovering from injuries .... in personal training it is all about your goals at a time that suits you. 

I offer some of the following:


-Skill based:
  • Inversions such as handstands and headstands

  • Mobility training such as pistol squats, deep squats and pancake

 

-Sports specific strength and conditioning and/or mobility

-Functional fitness for enhanced movement
​
-Pilates – improve core strength and posture
​
-Yoga – dynamic movement, ashtanga and flexibility

This free intro is a perfect opportunity for us to meet and will consist of a friendly conversation to discuss what motivates you, potential barriers, possible contra-indications, exercise history and current levels of activity. An intro is an important part in getting to know you, your needs and how I can help you. This will allow me chance to go through your expectations and talk about what it is you would like to achieve the results you desire.

It’s also a great opportunity to ask any questions you might have in relation to your past experience.
