Hey! I'm Neila and I'm here to share my passion for health and fitness 

What I do?

​

I teach yoga and Pilates and personal train clients. Currently based at Withington Baths I offer strength and flexibility training. 

​

I train clients in a non-judgmental way to improve; body composition, posture, athletic performance in sports such as running, and decrease risk of injury through increased range of motion and strengthening core muscle groups. Overall training will help with pain-free movement and leave you feeling more energized, more flexible and stronger.

 

Here are 5 examples of training:

 

  1. Mobility work for flexibility and movement capacity

  2. Isolation exercises for prehab and injury prevention

  3. Compound movements for total body strength

  4. Core training for stability

  5. Power and agility for performance and co-ordination.
